Before starting the trip, it is important to find out how and with whom you want to travel. Everyone travels differently and is a different type of traveler. The two questions are answered quickly with us, we are a well-rehearsed team and traveling with the caravan is currently our absolute favorite. Often we still have no idea where to go! With the map on the table, planning is really fun and ideas for new travel destinations are just bubbling up. We love to plan trips with our fingers, to look at the stops where we are, after which we have lost our way as always (rituals are important). Sure, it works with a laptop, cell phone or tablet nowadays, but it's not the same for us. We searched for a suitable card for a while. It had to be a map of Europe, because we will only want to travel with our troll in Europe. It should not be too small and not too big and it should be foiled.
The card is 89.5 cm X 122.5 cm in size, washable and writable. A route can be drawn with a washable pen. Since the map had to be cut, we were faced with a decision here, which parts of Europe are we going to visit for sure? After cutting, we attached the card with 4 double-sided adhesive strips. Most of the time we have our felt sheet on the table - even if we like colors, it would be a bit too colorful for us in the one-room apartment.
