Storing the dishes safely and rattle-free in the caravan / mobile home for the journey - an art in itself. Camping retailers offer ingenious systems that prevent dishes from sliding around in cupboards and drawers and, in the worst case, from breaking. We looked around the market, most of the solutions were expensive and not really adaptable. What if you want to change the equipment, what was good today can be impractical or broken tomorrow. We need a system that is not only functional and practical, but also individually tailored to us, can be changed at any time and is affordable! We decided on a rigid foam system insert that we can cut to size individually for our needs and our cupboards.
And this is how it's done: Measure cabinets Cut the plate Place glasses, cups on them (note the height) Mark outlines Cut out outlines (carpet knife) Rework if necessary Put away - DONE! We tried both foams and found both to be good.
